I know, I have neglected this blog for a while....This year, I will definetly try to keep up much more with social media.
This past Saturday, 8th of January, the San Mateo History Museum had an opening reception
showing some of my work I did on the last days of the famous and historical Bay Meadows Racetrack. This exhibition is at the Lower Rotunda until April 30, 2011.
It was a great experience and thanks to the people that helped put this together..
without their help and support this would not have happen.
First, of all I would like to thank My heavenly Father for making this project come alive. Without him, nothing is possible.
Dana, Thank you for the opportunity of viewing my work and being able to show these historical pieces to the public. Thank you once again for all your hard work that you put into this project.
Tom Farrell, Thank You for providing the captioning and thanks for the times I called and bugged you on the phone...and still helped.
Jim, thank you for being part of this project, Your help was greatly appreciated.
For my wife Silvia, my lovely kids, Rodrigo, Roberto, Lea and Lydia...Gracias for supporting papi's crazy ideas. And my dear Mother....Gracias, for Always supporting your son.
I love you all.
And to my dear Pastor...thank you for your spiritual guidance and patience you have with me.
Without that Guidance....my Christian morals and decisions would be non-existence. Gracias.
For all the rest of the supporters....thank you for your private financial support.
